Eligibility Criteria
Enrollment Status: Must be currently enrolled at Texas A&M University.
Academic Good Standing: Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.

Video Submission Guidelines
Content: Video must be educational and focus on any aspect of hemp — its uses, benefits, history, cultivation, legal status, sustainability, etc.
Duration: Video should be between 30 and 59 seconds in length.
Originality: Must be the original work of the applicant.
Voice-over Option: Participants may use voice-over narration; on-camera presence is not mandatory.
Music and Graphics: Royalty-free music and graphics may be used, provided they do not infringe on any copyrights and do not contain any explicit or harmful words.
Platform: Video must be uploaded to this google form.
Accessibility: Video must include captions for accessibility, submit these with your video.
Submission Deadline: Entry must be posted by November 19th , 2023, 11:59 PM PST.

Judging Criteria
Educational Value: Clarity and accuracy of information provided.
Creativity: How the topic is approached creatively.
Engagement: Ability to engage the audience and provoke thought.
Quality of Production: The overall quality of the video, including visuals and audio.
Compliance with Guidelines: Adherence to the submission guidelines and rules.
