Who Are We?

We are a coalition of organizations consisting of the Cannabis Hemp Innovation League, Aggies For Liberty,  and Young Dems BCS. Together we are working to decriminalize possession of Cannabis in College Station.

Our Goals

1. Decriminalize possession of Cannabis below four ounces.

2. End the testing of Cannabis for THC content.
3. Prohibit police from searching based on Cannabis smell.

How We Can Achieve Decriminalization In College Station

College Station is a home rule city which allows citizens to propose ordinances or amendments to the city charter if they get enough signatures. This is how Austin, Denton and other cities were able to decriminalize Cannabis. We are preparing to run a petition in a couple months to put an end to criminalization of Cannabis in College Station. In order to succeed we need to collect at least 5,000 signatures from College Station residents.

Where You Can Sign

We will be taking signatures at events and block walking around town. We have also worked with businesses around town to provide places where people can sign at anytime. Click below to see where you can sign.
